Show us your mental and physical strength! Enter our Hang Man Competition to see if you can win a prize. Contestants will be asked to hang their body weight with their arm extended over head from a pull up bar with their feet off the ground for as long as they can. 

We will be giving our prizes to our top three longest hanging men and women.
