Lucas is from Sioux City, IA, and grew up and graduated high school in Sioux Center, IA. He attended college at the University of Northern Iowa, which he graduated from in Fall 2022. In his free time, Lucas enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching sports, and playing video games.

Rhea, originally from Sioux City, IA, graduated from Bishop Heelan High School before attending the University of Northern Iowa, where she completed her degree in 2019. After moving to Rochester, NY to further her education, she eventually returned to her hometown. Rhea has since transitioned from working in elementary education to a role in higher education, which she finds fulfilling. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Dolly Parton, and working on puzzles.

PresLeigh, originally from Sioux City, IA, graduated from East High School before attending the University of South Dakota, where she completed her degree in Elementary and Special Education in 2022. PresLeigh has since transitioned from working in a high school special education position to higher education. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time with family, and traveling.

Audrey, from Salix, Iowa , graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with her bachelor’s degree and later earned her Master of Management in Leadership from Briar Cliff University. Deeply rooted in the Charger community, she is proud to share Briar Cliff ties with her father, sister, and husband, all alumni. After a decade in retail management, she now serves online students, leads  Partner Tuition Advantage partnerships, and teaches as an adjunct faculty member in Business. Passionate about lifelong learning, she loves being part of higher ed and spends her free time with her husband and children, camping, and reading.

Rose graduated from Briar Cliff University with a Bachelor and Master Degree in Human Resource Management. She also has a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from Southwest Minnesota State University.
 
Rose has worked at Briar Cliff University for 28 years with the admissions team. Higher education is her passion and has included adjunct teaching for the BCU business department and community colleges. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and cheering on her favorite sports teams.

Nelly is from Sioux City, Iowa. She graduated from North High School where she participated in tennis. Her college decision was easy as she gets home sick easily so Briar Cliff University it was. Looking back, she does not regret her decision one bit on attending BCU. Her best advice to high school seniors is, College is like clicking the refresh button. Don't be afraid to try new things and explore!

More About Andy

Andy has worked at Briar Cliff University since the spring of 2020 when he was hired as an Assistant Baseball Coach. This past fall, he transitioned from the field to the Admissions office as Admissions Coordinator. His focus is primarily on large group visits and events. He is also the point person for all Diocesan Catholic schools. Andy has worked in higher education for much of his professional life with stops at three different institutions. If you can’t find Andy in his office, you won’t have to look far as he will most likely be just down the hill at Bishop Mueller Field where he continues to serve as a volunteer Assistant Coach at Briar Cliff as well as Head Baseball Coach at Bishop Heelan High School where he has served in that role for the past 15 summers.
