Cliff News is a student-run online news publication at Briar Cliff. Get your updates on Briar Cliff related news including upcoming/current events, new staff and faculty members, updates to facilities, student spotlights, and more.

Students get real world experience working as a part of a news staff. Each staff member writes AP style news stories, creates video news packages, posts to the Cliff News Instagram stories, broadcast on BCU Radio, and has the possibility to be promoted to an editor of the publication.

Being a staff member is required for Mass Communications majors, however, any BCU student can join! Meetings take place in the Elinor McDevitt Freeman Writing and Design Center, AKA the Mac Lab, in Heelan Hall.
