Summer Housing & Meals
Students interested in summer on-campus housing must complete the Summer Housing and Meal Application by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, May 4, 2026. A meal plan is required for all students residing on campus during the summer, with meal plans also available to off-campus students.

Housing & Meals Rates
If you plan to live on campus this summer, the housing and meal charges outlined below will apply. Students living on campus are required to have a meal plan, and the totals shown include both housing and meal costs. A $900 payment is required prior to move-in and will be applied toward your total balance. Rates are based on the dates listed and cannot be adjusted for early or late move-in or move-out requests.

Residential students are required to complete a separate housing application for the Fall of 2026.
Payment Plans
Briar Cliff University requires a $900 payment prior to move-in, which will be applied toward the student’s summer housing and meal charges. Monthly payments will be due for the remaining balance. Any outstanding balance at the end of the summer will result in a hold being placed on Fall registration.

Food Service
Food service is included in the total cost and will be offered on the following schedule:
- Lunch (Monday–Friday): Grab-and-go boxes available from 9:15–11:30 a.m.
- Dinner (Monday–Thursday): Available in the Main Campus Cafeteria from 5:30–7:00 p.m.
To help accommodate class, work, or other commitments, to-go meals are available upon request, including sack meals and to-go containers during open dining hours.
Work Opportunities
Campus employment opportunities may be available throughout the summer. Departments such as Facilities, Housing, Housekeeping, and others often post openings prior to the start of the summer term. Students are encouraged to explore available positions, apply, and interview to determine the best fit. Be sure to check back regularly for additional opportunities.
