Leadership at Briar Cliff University reflects our unwavering dedication to serving students, advancing academic excellence, and upholding the Franciscan values that define our campus. At the highest level, the Board of Trustees provides governance, strategic oversight, and long-term vision. Its members guide major institutional decisions, approve policies, and help ensure that Briar Cliff remains financially strong, mission-driven, and positioned for continued growth. Their stewardship strengthens the University’s connection to alumni, industry, and the broader community.

Working in partnership with the Board, the President’s Cabinet leads the University’s executive operations. This team of senior administrators oversees mission integration, academics, advancement, student life, enrollment, financial aid, finance, university relations, and campus operations. Through collaboration and thoughtful planning, the Cabinet shapes initiatives that advance student success, support faculty and staff, and foster innovation across the institution.

Together, the Board of Trustees and the President’s Cabinet ensure that Briar Cliff University remains a place where students are challenged to learn, inspired to serve, and empowered to lead - today and for generations to come.
