Briar Cliff University Recognized for Two Online Programs

Briar Cliff University recently received recognition for having two top-ranked academic programs heading into 2023 by intelligent.com. The Cliff was recognized for having the 35th best online social work degree program, as well as the 46th best online master’s in healthcare administration program.
Intelligent.com’s 2023 online report evaluates over 3,000 colleges and universities and ranks them based on academic quality, graduation rate, cost, ROI, and student resources.
“Being recognized for having outstanding programs in social work and healthcare administration is a testament to the work our faculty members in these programs do,” said Dr. Todd Knealing, Provost/Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs.
The social work program at BCU has been accredited by the Council on Social Work Education since 1974. The most recent reaffirmation of accreditation occurred in 2018. Students after graduation find employment in hospitals, social services, and justice departments, to name a few.
The master’s in healthcare administration is a 12-month 36-credit hour program with a curriculum that bridges the industry’s best practices with teachings relevant to the real issues in healthcare today. Instructors are a video call away, and students will receive an interprofessional learning experience.
