CHEM 109 - Chemistry for the Health Sciences I

A study of the principles of general chemistry with emphasis on those topics of interest to students of the health sciences. The course includes a lab component with experiments that complement topics covered in lecture. This course is not a preparation for higher level courses in chemistry, other than CHEM 110. Prerequisite: Math ACT score of 21 or higher OR Math 3A or higher (may be taken concurrently)
