Baxter DiGiovanni Center

The Baxter-DiGiovanni Center houses upperclassmen in apartment style suites. Its convenient location to Heelan Hall makes walking to class and the Newman Flanagan Center a short trip.

Built in 1988, Baxter offers students two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a living room area for up to four students. This fully air conditioned suite style housing is often in high demand, therefore in order to qualify, students are selected based on a point system that looks at a students GPA, years lived on campus, conduct, and class standing.

Apart from student housing, this dorm offers its residents a kitchen, a lounge area, and a laundry room conveniently located on the first floor. Murray Classroom is located on the third floor. This is also one of two residence halls on campus that permit suites where all residents are over the age of 21 to have alcohol in their rooms while living on campus.

In 2015, Baxter had all hallway carpet removed and replaced with stained concrete floors, giving it a more modern look. In 2016, the lounge area was remodeled and refurbished based on recommendations from students.
