Alyssa Keller

My name is Alyssa, and I am a visual artist. I produce my multi-media artwork in order to fulfill my inner desire, or even 'need' to create. I strive to continue broadening my worldview in order that my art may use what the earth has to offer as a means to reach for the infinite.

Art is a transcendental experience that is destined to make its statement simply through its being. This idea is beautifully summed up in the words of Barnett Newman. 'Shape [in art] is a living thing, a vehicle for abstract thought, a carrier of feelings before the terror of the unknowable.'

My hope is that viewers have a similar experience when seeing my seeing my work.
