October 4th, 2026 is the feast day of St. Francis of Assisi. The feast takes place during the Jubilee Year of St. Francis declared by Pope Leo XIV, as we mark the 800th anniversary of the death of the saint. Students, alumni, faculty, and members of the community are invited to join us to celebrate the mass on this special day for the Church and the Franciscan family.

Bishop Emeritus R. Walker Nickless will be the celebrant for mass at 12:00 p.m. The mass at our usual time of 7:00 p.m. will take place next weekend.

This ceremony is open to all. We hope to see you there!
