To celebrate Constitution Day and the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment, the Briar Cliff department of History and Political Science will show The Annenberg Public Policy Center’s film, The 19th Amendment: A Woman’s Right to Vote.

The 19th Amendment: A Woman’s Right to Vote exposes the long, difficult struggle women faced to win the right to vote. For almost a century and a half, women were barred from exercising their most basic right as a citizen and the most important right within a democracy.
