Briar Cliff business administration students, Trudy Timblin, Ana Freire and Jose Guerini ranked in the Global Top 100 in The Business Strategy Game against hundreds of teams.
During the week of April 20-26, Timblin, Freire and Guerini managed Boardwalk Shoes in the simulated business game, ranking 52nd best overall score worldwide.
At the graduate level, Ryan Francis and Jose Lugo Ramirez scored in the top 100 performances in three categories. The team ranked 94th best overall Game to Date, 90th best earnings per share, and 51st best stock price per share.
The co-managers of each company are responsible for assessing marketing conditions, determining how to respond to the actions of competitors, forging a long-term direction and strategy for their company, forecasting upcoming sales volumes, and making decisions.
