SIOUX CITY, Iowa — Travis Morgan, CEO of the Sioux City Symphony, will speak at Briar Cliff University at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 2, in the Meis Recital Hall on the BCU campus.
Morgan is the first chief executive in the orchestra’s history, and he brings with him a breadth of experience in marketing and strong community connections. The Sioux City Symphony has been a dominant force in the cultural life of Sioux City and surrounding tri-state area for over 100 years. In its 102-year run, the symphony has evolved from a 30-piece college ensemble to a 90-member professional orchestra that attracts its personnel and audience from around the region and country.
