If a course adds a specific course fee, those fees are in addition to the above charges. Estimated expenses are not required expenses. The estimated personal expenses includes Loan Fee Allowance and Personal Allowance. The Estimated Transportation & Travel includes health insurance, loan fees, immunizations, professional memberships, parking, clinical research travel and conference travel.
