Soren Grieve is a Sioux City native and graduate of East High School. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Washington, a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Columbia University, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the College of St. Scholastica. Since 1997, she has practiced physical therapy in a variety of settings including acute care, neurological rehab, long-term care, hospice, and orthopedics, specializing in spine rehab, chronic pain, interprofessional collaborative practice, and language access for limited English proficient patients.
Soren has served as an assistant professor in Briar Cliff University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program since 2020 and has chaired the Exercise and Health Sciences department since 2022.
