Why This Program?

Liberal arts takes the term art in the sense of a learned skill rather than specifically the fine arts. The term Liberal arts is derived from Latin liberalis "free" and ars "principled practice." This program's central academic disciplines include physics, chemistry, biology, philosophy, logic, linguistics, literature, history, political science, sociology, psychology, and mathematics. Graduates receive a broad range of instruction in all manner of disciplines that in the professional landscape promotes versatility, as well as flexibility in planning, and agile holistic thinkers.
