Student Financial Services

Student Financial Services ensures that students are able to afford their education by working with them on a number of factors unique to every student's journey. This service works to inform students about financial aid or scholarship options available to assist incoming or current students as they plan to afford their student account balance. To do this, they send students and their families informative communications, to proactively educate on key financial aid concepts and deadlines, provide informative student account statements, and reminders about overdue balances, and options for payment.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make a payment on my student account?

While specific payment due dates will be provided each semester by the Student Financial Services Office, in general, each semester's charges are to be paid in full on or before the 1st day of that semester. Any charges posted to the student account after the first day of the semester are due within 30 days of that charge.

Account statements may be viewed online on the BCYou! Portal (you will need a student username and password). Statements are also sent out in hard copy format monthly (around the 10th). You can expect to receive your statements 2-4 months prior to the first day of classes for that semester, depending on your registration date. Payments may be made by credit card, money transfer, check, or cash.
