Biography

Kyle S. Irvin is an adjunct instructor of political science at Briar Cliff University.

Outside of Briar Cliff, he is a partner with the lawfirm Corbett, Anderson, Corbett, Vellinga & Irvin, L.L.P., in Sioux City, Iowa. Kyle devotes a large part of his practice to the areas of estate planning, probate administration, drafting of wills and trusts, real estate, business corporations, and debtor/creditor issues.

Kyle is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, Nebraska State Bar Association, and South Dakota State Bar Association. He is vice-chairperson of the governing council for the Probate and Trust Section of the Iowa State Bar Association and a former past president of the Siouxland Estate Planning Council. He also serves on the board of directors for the Siouxland Senior Center for Active Generations and Sunrise Manor Retirement Community in Sioux City.
