Unlocking Brain Fitness: Keys to Dementia Prevention

A 10-week, evidence-based course developed by doctors to help people age 55 & older make lifestyle changes to reduce their risk of developing Alzheimer’s & other forms of dementia. Trained facilitators guide you through the program, with the help of dieticians, pharmacists, fitness professionals & others with specialized knowledge in KEY areas.
