While fish is enjoyed all over the world, there’s something special about a fish fry in the Midwest. From the golden delicious fried fish to the tanginess of the tartar sauce, it’s not just a meal; it’s a tradition! Whether you’re gathering with family or friends, fish fries are known to bring people together and Briar Cliff University's version is no exception.

The entire Briar Cliff University community is welcome and encouraged to join us at our family-style tables found in the Clifftop Eats for a good ole fashioned Lenten Fish Fry Friday. The cost to attend is one swipe of your student or employee meal plan or $10.17 for lunch, $11.24 for dinner.
