In addition to managing all the expectations associated with undergraduate studies, college students are busy managing work, family, athletics, and many other responsibilities. As a result, college students are stressed out! In this interactive session we will discuss strategies for maintaining our psychological, emotional, spiritual, and physical health as a BCU Charger.

Students who participate will get a t-shirt, have the opportunity to take a trip to Omaha with Jay over Labor Day Weekend, and put their name in to a drawing for gift cards. Those who attend all 6 sessions will receive $100 credit toward your student account credit.
