WRESTLING: Weber punches ticket to national tournament

Joseph Skylar Weber led the Chargers at this year's NAIA Northern Regional Qualifier, which was held on the Midland campus, in Fremont, Nebraska. The freshman went 3-2 and finished fourth at 149, punching his ticket for this year's NAIA Wrestling National Championships, March 1-2, in Des Moines, Iowa. Weber, ranked 16th nationally, has a program-best 22-9 record. He was the lone Charger to post more than one win on the day. As a team, the Chargers finished 10th. Dickinson State claimed this year's regional crown.
