Sioux City Libraries Cooperative
(SCLC)
Founded in 1986
the purpose of
the Cooperative
is to provide
its service
population with
access to the
larger library
holdings of the
combined
agencies of the
SCLC through
mutually
cooperative
arrangements and
foster close
relations with
the
community-at-large.
The services
of the SCLC are
available to any
person holding a
valid library or
identification
card from one of
the Cooperating
Institutions.
Each user will
respect the
circulation and
use regulations
of the
representative
library.
