The Bishop Mueller Library strives to offer friendly and efficient reference services. All reference questions will be answered accurately and completely in a timely manner with complete confidentiality. The reference desk will be covered periodically throughout the day and evening according to statistics of use. Statistics will be maintained on the day and time of reference consultations in person, by telephone, and by email. Reference will be provided the Sunday before finals; however, reference hours will be limited during finals. Coverage during the first week of each term, during the summer, and when school is not in session will be determined upon the needs of patrons.
