About
As a trainer and consultant I taught social workers all over the United States between 1980 and 2004. During that time I learned that professional development is exciting and fun – for both the learner and the learning mentor. As a college instructor, I see myself as a mentor to each of my students. Learning requires a negotiated partnership between the learner and the mentor. Our partnering relationship is important and worth the effort it requires.
