Updated 2009.09.14

Objectives

Endnotes

To insert an endnote:

·         Position the cursor at the point in your document where you want the superscript for the endnote to appear.

·         Then click on the References tab.

·         Then in the Footnotes group, click on Insert Endnote.

Word will insert the endnote number as a superscript at the cursor location. Then it will move the cursor to the bottom of the document and wait for you to type in your endnote. Note that if you want endnotes on a separate page, you will need to insert a page break before the first endnote.
