Position
cursor in row 1 immediately to the right of where you want the break to

the break to occur. The break will occur on the top edge of the selected
cell. Choose "Insert" | "Page Break" |

delete a page break |
Position
cursor below or to right of the break you want to delete. Choose "Insert"
