Briar Cliff University has four resident halls: Alverno, Baxter, Noonan, and Toller. There is one PC lab per floor in Alverno, Noonan, and Toller. There is one larger PC lab in Baxter Hall. The resident PC labs are for students only and are locked at all times. Only students living in the respective dorm will have a key to access the labs.

Each lab has 4 Gateway E-4610 computers and 1 HP 2400 printer with the exception of Baxter Hall, which has 6 Gateway E-4610 computers.  The E-4610 computers have a 1.86 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor, 15" LCD monitors, 2 Gigabytes DDR2 SDRAM, 80GB Hard-Drive, USB Ports, and CD Burners.
