Housing Application Deadline

Single room and Baxter Hall applications are due before 4:30 p.m. on March 22. Double room applications are due at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26. Late applications will be placed at the bottom of the selection process.

Applying for housing in Baxter Hall requires an additional application. 

There is a $60.00 housing deposit required of all students who have lived less than six semesters in Briar Cliff residence halls. Deposits are payable in three ways:

  • Online after completing the housing application
  • By credit card in the Briar Cliff business office
  • By cash or check in the Briar Cliff student development office
