Housing Applications Deadlines and Methods of Payment

In order to apply for housing on campus, students will need to pay a $60 deposit. [See deposit due dates below.] Make payments by check, cash or credit card.

March 1 – Housing applications (available on-line), Baxter applications, Single Room applications are available in Alverno G-4.

March 11 – Baxter Hall and Single Room applications are due to Alverno G-4 by 4:30 p.m.

March 15 – Baxter Hall applicants are notified and suite selection meeting

March 16 – Single Room applicants are notified and room selection meeting

Week of March 14  – Lottery number drawn in Stark Student Center

March 22 – Double Room selection meeting 6-10 p.m.

By April 30 – Confirmation letters delivered student campus mailboxes confirming assignments for 2011-2012 academic year
