Briar Cliff University Honors Nursing Students
SIOUX CITY, Iowa – Briar Cliff University’s
Department of Nursing honored students during the 19th
Annual Commitment to Professional Nursing and Pinning Ceremony
on Saturday, April 19 at 2 p.m. in Our Lady of Grace Chapel on
campus.
Keynote speaker, Sr. Janet May, O.S.F,
director of campus ministry and BCCares, delivered a message on
“Nursing as a Healing Ministry.”
During the ceremony, 32 senior nursing
students were awarded nursing pins, and 13 sophomore nursing
students received Certificates of Commitment.
