Embark on a life-altering mission trip, sure to open your eyes and your heart, as you work with children and youth in poverty-stricken Honduras.
During the mission trip you'll team up with other volunteers to teach, paint, clean, hand out much-needed food and toys and help with renovation and construction work at the Casa de St. Terese of Lisieux Volunteer Center in Comayagua, Honduras. The volunteer mission site is run by APUFRAM (in English it means Association of Franciscan Boys Town and Girls Town). The organization provides academic and spiritual education to the poor children of Honduras.
Estimated cost for the trip varies based on your current immunizations and passport status. Other expenses (T-shirts, food, housing, travel costs in Honduras) are covered by donations. More info (PDF) »
