The Master of Arts in Human Resource Management(MAHRM) is a 35 hour interdisciplinary program.

• The MAHRM will offer students a chance to learn the latest trends and new directions of Human Resource Management.

• The MAHRM program will provide individuals who contribute to the well being and profits of an organization with the tools and skills necessary to be effective professionals in their organizations.

• The MAHRM encompasses all aspects of the employment relationship, including compensation, benefits, prevailing laws, labor relations, diversity, and the use of technology in the work place.

• The program reinforces presentation and communication skills. 
  

• The courses are designed to positively affect the financial stability of an organization by emphasizing the importance of human resources in the organization, while also focusing on the global financial position.

• We offer flexible acceptance of transfer credit and start dates, individualized part-time or full-time plans of study, and flexible course formats at our Sioux City Campus.

• All applicants who meet the admission requirements will be approved for admission to the MAHRM program.  Annually, applicants who best conform to the admission standards will be admitted to the program.

• Financial Aid, in the form of loans, is available for graduate students who attend at least half time.
