The MAHRM is a 35 hour interdisciplinary program encompassing all aspects of the employment relationship. It also reinforces presentation and communication skills which are vital to the well being of an organization.
The courses are designed to provide our students with the resources to positively affect the financial stability of an organization. By emphasizing the importance of human resources within an organization, students will gain the tools and skills necessary to become one of today’s most effective organizational leaders.

Distinctive Features
- The MAHRM offers students an opportunity to learn the latest trends and new directions of Human Resource Management.
- The MAHRM encompasses all aspects of the employment relationship, including compensation, benefits, prevailing laws, labor relations, diversity, and the use of technology in the work place. Each course meets one evening per week. We offer flexible acceptance of transfer credit.
- Financial aid is available for graduate students who attend at least half time.
