This 4½-year doctoral program — the first of its kind to be offered in Siouxland — is designed for baccalaureate-prepared nurses who wish to become advanced registered nurse practitioners. It is a hybrid program that offers both online and on-site classes. You can choose between two tracks:
— Family Nurse Practitioner
Prepare yourself to serve as a general primary health care provider, much like a family doctor.
— Adult/Gerontology Practitioner
Learn to serve primary health care in multiple settings, particularly while caring for an aging population.
