Areas of Study: Briar Cliff offers undergraduate degrees in 33 fields of study, including five online degree completion programs for working adults.  The University also offers graduate programs in several areas including nursing, education, business, health care and human resource management.

Student Activities: Briar Cliff has more than 30 student clubs and organizations. 

Athletics: The Briar Cliff Chargers field varsity teams in 17 different sports (eight men's teams and nine women's teams). Briar Cliff competes in the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC), which is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).
