Noonan Hall is home to men and women students, along with the Briar Cliff Admissions, Business, Registrar and University Relations offices. 

Most rooms in Noonan are home to two resident students. Each room is furnished with two closets, most of which are built in. Two dressers and two desks are provided in each room without the option of being removed, while beds and desk chairs are available to students requesting them.

Some singles and small, two-room suites are available to students who apply. Selection for these rooms is done on a point system.

Each two-room suite consists of two small single rooms furnished with a built-in desk and closet in each room. A dresser is provided in each single without the option of being removed while a bed and desk chair are available upon request.

Each three residence floors have their own computer lab, lounge, kitchenette and laundry. Two Resident Assistants (RA's) live on each floor with the exception of second floor, which has one RA and is home to an assistant Hall Director.

Briar Cliff's Admissions and University Relations offices are located on the first floor. The business offices and registrar are located on the ground floor.
