Bishop Mueller Field

Bishop Mueller Field, which consists of both a baseball and softball field, was dedicated in 1982. Due to his interest in athletics, the field was named after Robert Mueller, former Bishop of the Sioux City Diocese.

Totally enclosed with chain-link fence, the fields are well-manicured and include an underground sprinkler system, walk-in dugouts, and scoreboards for each field.

The baseball field is 400 feet from home plate to center, 360 feet down the power alleys and 320 feet down the lines. The softball field measures 210 feet from home plate to all areas of the fence.
